How do you pronounce KOEAIH?

The artist’s chosen name KOEAIH is pronounced ‘coa’ like the beginning of coalition.

New KOEAIH works are available only through KOEAIH GALLERY. The artist is not represented by any other gallery, institution, or dealer — so if it’s not from us, it’s not official.

Excellent question — and one worth asking before making a serious investment. Unfortunately, the art market has seen expensive fakes sold with elaborate backstories. To protect collectors, KOEAIH GALLERY offers an authentication service to verify artworks and ensure you are purchasing the real thing.

A Certificate of Authenticity confirms that your KOEAIH artwork is legitimate, ensuring you can buy, sell, or insure it with confidence. Every official COA is issued exclusively by KOEAIH GALLERY and applies to paintings, prints, sculptures, and other recognized works of art.
Please note: We do not issue COAs for items like posters, stickers, or anything that wasn’t originally created as an artwork.

KOEAIH GALLERY does not provide appraisals for works by other artists or for licensed products created outside of KOEAIH.

For KOEAIH’s own artwork, prices are set directly by the gallery and serve as the most accurate reflection of market value. Because of this, we do not issue separate appraisals for KOEAIH works — the purchase invoice and Certificate of Authenticity (COA) already establish both authenticity and provenance.

If you require a formal third-party appraisal for insurance, estate, or resale purposes, we recommend contacting a licensed appraiser or appraisal organization.

We utilize a third party, PayPal, to conduct all e-commerce transactions on our behalf. The security of your personal information is important to both of us. PayPal Payments is a PA-DSS compliant service provider and they follow all PCI-DSS requirements and implement additional generally accepted industry standards to protect the personal information submitted to them, both during transmission and once they receive it. No method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure, however. Therefore, while PayPal strives to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal information, they cannot guarantee its absolute security.

Once we have received your order, you’ll receive a purchase confirmation to the email address provided during the checkout process. Please be aware that while this email confirms the receipt of your order, it does not guarantee the immediate availability of the merchandise. Note: In rare cases even though we have stock, an item may not pass our quality control inspection during the fulfillment process. In such cases, we will contact you to discuss alternative options. This precaution is in place to ensure that the product(s) meets our quality standards. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in these circumstances.

Should you choose to cancel your order, you must contact Customer Service using the Contact page within 24 hours of placing your order.

We cannot offer modifications to orders at this time, but you do have the option to cancel the order and place a new one. Please see above for information on cancelling an order.

Order processing will take 2-3 business days. Transit times are dependent upon the shipping method selected.

Once we have shipped your order, you will receive an email update with shipping details and a tracking number. You may follow the link in the email to check the estimated arrival of your package.

All returns must be made in their original conditions and packaging within 14 days of delivery in order to receive an e-commerce credit or exchange. Refunds are not permitted. Limited editions and paintings are final sales. All approved exchanges must be returned in unused, original conditions and packaging. You must contact Customer Service via the Contact page for an authorization number and shipping instructions in order for your return or exchange to be accepted. You will need to detach and fill out the bottom portion of the packing list and clearly mark the shipping box with the authorization number. Note that for exchanges only there is a restocking fee of 10% of the merchandise’s retail price.

All products are inspected prior to packing and we stand behind our merchandise. Should your items arrive in less than perfect condition, you will need to contact Customer Service via the Contact page within 48 or 72 hours of delivery.
