Shipping policy

Please allow up to two weeks for your order to ship. All packages are shipped via FedEx, with transit times varying based on the shipping method. Shipping costs are calculated as a flat fee based on the destination. Every package is insured by FedEx for the full retail value; however, once a package is delivered, neither KOEAIH.com nor FedEx assumes responsibility for insuring the package.

For international orders, additional processing and shipping time may be required. Please note that duties, taxes, and other associated fees are the responsibility of the recipient, which will be calculated and collected at checkout. If a package is not accepted and returned to KOEAIH.com, an e-commerce credit will be issued for the purchase amount, minus shipping costs.

All orders over $500 will be shipped with Signature Required. All products are inspected prior to packing and we stand behind our merchandise. Should your items arrive in less than perfect condition, you will need to contact Customer Service via the Contact page within 48 or 72 hours of delivery.
